I have learned that we must have a target to aim at if we are going to do ANYTHING worth while in our lives. We must be constantly chasing after the "crux," that next hard thing to get past in order to find peace and fulfillment. Events and experiences do not define us, but they do shape us. They will always leve their mark in our history. The sharpen our toolkit of life and we only have a limited amount of time to do something with it. Making the most of it is not only some silly meme, but a fact. I believe we are spiritual beings having a human experience...and I can't tell you how I know, but I can tell you that my instincts and experiences have given me full confidence that there is much more below the surface here.

In fitness, having a target is no different. Signing up for things that intimidate us or challenge us to learn a new skill are all part of a fulfilling life. But they are also a measure of progress as a human being. We learn to adapt, overcome, experience falling and getting back up, over and over again. We learn to trust others around us, to be at harmony with our own energy and our surroundings. Especially in nature. There is so much beauty to behold and to be shared that we cannot possibly do it all in one lifetime. But to live out one's days without these "marks of meaning," their imprint on us as unique as the fingerprints we were given, would to us, be the ultimate tragedy.

To the right there are some of the events and experiences you can seek out that we have on our bucket lists and that you can join us on or conquer on your own. Just know this: When you train with me, you and your body, mind and spirit will awaken a deep hunger to try new things, stretch your thinking and go one rep further than before. Because with HTS, everything is within reach.
