How it works

The path is the same for everyone,
the plan is unique to you.

Four steps, from your first message to training that becomes routine.

01

Connect

You tell me the basics, then you and I talk. The conversation is about what you actually want, and how fast you want to go after it.

02

Design

Your program gets built, not picked: the training, a nutritional overview and your macros, put together around your body, your gear and the week you actually have.

03

Execution

The work lives in TrainHeroic with video, metrics and tracking. I read what you log and update the plan every week, so it stays matched to where you actually are.

04

Transformation

Every week you are scored against clear standards rather than vague encouragement. It is how you watch progress happen instead of hoping for it.

Twelve programs, one standard. You do not pick yours, I do.

Results

Same standard.
Very different lives.

Coached one to one, online, wherever you are.

People choose me because they are not paying for workouts. AI can produce that. They are paying to become someone who trains consistently.

The S in HEROES

I fell in love with Rwanda the first time I could actually breathe the air and hug the people. Through Africa New Life Ministries I sponsor children in the Kageyo resettlement village, and I have taken the kids dozens of jump ropes donated by Rogue Fitness. I am also a dad of three. Service runs through all of it.

Questions

Before you start.

Four questions, about twenty seconds, so I know who I am talking to. From there you either pick a plan and start this week, or book a call with me first. Most people talk to me first and I would rather you did, but I am not going to make you ask permission to train.

No. I coach online, and I work with people wherever they are. The standard does not change with the distance, and neither does the weekly attention. What changes is where you do the work.

No, and this is the one people get wrong most often. I am not looking for someone who is already fit, I am looking for someone who will do what they said they would do on a Tuesday in February. Your starting point is information for the program, not a test you can fail.

A program built for you, delivered in TrainHeroic with video, metrics and tracking. I read what you log and adjust the work weekly. You also get a weekly scorecard against the six pillars. Your first month includes the build itself, a nutritional overview and your macros.

$297Performance
$597Private

Three plans, all month to month, with no minimum term and no sign-up fee. The coaching is the same standard at every level. What changes is how much of my direct time you get. Paying for a year up front takes $50 a month off Coached and Performance. If you are not sure which one, book a call and I will tell you.

Whatever you have. I ask where you will be training, a full gym, a home setup or minimal gear, before anything is written, and the program is built around the answer. The equipment is a constraint, not a qualification.

Yes. Your first month includes a nutritional overview and your macros. My approach is food first: whole foods, habits over extremes, and targets you can actually hit in your real week. Supplements are support, never a shortcut.

Every week you get scored on the six HEROES pillars: Habits, Effort, Resilience, Ownership, Execution and Service. They are objective standards rather than emotional ones, and they cut both ways, for you and for me. It is how you can see the standard moving instead of guessing.

No, and I will be blunt about it: you are not paying for workouts, because software can produce those. You are paying to become someone who trains consistently. The app is where the work is delivered. The coaching is me reading your week and changing it.

Individuals, families and teams, and I have been doing it for over two decades. The twelve programs run from youth strength work to Silverback for seventy and up, taking in hunters, cyclists, runners, tactical athletes and time poor executives along the way. You do not pick yours, I do.
