Who I am…

I’m Zach Vogel, founder of Heroes Training Systems. My work is built around one core belief: real strength is developed through clarity, consistency, and trust. For over two decades, I’ve coached individuals, families, and teams toward better health and performance by meeting people where they are and helping them build systems that actually hold up in real life. Whether hiking into the crag, hunting or fishing deep into the backcountry, climbing mountains or racing in competitive events such as Spartan Race or Hyrox, I know what the needs are. My background spans athletics and bodybuilding, construction, leadership, and coaching and building highly effective teams—experiences that shaped my respect for hard work, integrity, and follow-through. I don’t believe in quick fixes or cookie-cutter programs. I believe in intentional training, standards, honest conversations, and a long-term approach to physical and personal development. Whether you’re rebuilding, optimizing, or leading others, my role is to provide structure, perspective, and support so you can move forward with confidence and purpose.

Training is vastly more than merely tossing a bunch of exercises together. That’s relatively easy to do, especially with AI. Training is a highly personal, thought out collective design that fits both you and your training environment to ensure you maximize your time in a safe and effective system.
